Skierfe has advised ALM Equity AB (publ) on the sale of 51 percent of the shares in Klövern to NREP, with Corem Property Group and Broskeppet Bostad also participating as sellers. The total value of the transaction is approximately SEK 2.5 billion, with ALM Equity’s share amounting to SEK 1.2 billion. Additionally, the transaction involves a directed share issue of SEK 1 billion, and a commitment from NREP to invest additional SEK 3 billion through further directed share issues.
The transaction, in which NREP invests SEK 6.5 billion in Klövern, enables the completion of Klövern’s project portfolio of approximately 24,000 homes and thus the ambition to become one of Sweden’s largest housing companies.
