Skierfe has advised Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (publ) on its acquisition of the residential property Blåslampan 1 in Sundbyberg from Skandia Fastigheter.
The acquisition includes building rights for approximately 180 apartments, distributed across four buildings of 6-16 floors with a shared courtyard and an underground car park. The acquisition signifies the third and concluding stage of the Fabriksparken project located in central Sundbyberg.
