Skierfe has advised the buyers on their acquisition of two properties in Linköping for SEK 240m from Corem Property Group.
Both properties, Brevduvan 20 and Dahlian 18, are located in central Linköping. They offer a total lettable area of approx. 8,900 sq.m., mainly office and retail spaces. The total annual rental income amounts to approx. SEK 19.2m.
