Skierfe has represented Gillesvik and Nescap in the agreement for the acquisition of a property in Eskilstuna, spanning approximately 25,000 sqm of living area, subject to the finalization of the detailed development plan. The detailed development plan allows for the construction of over 150 new residential units within Borsökna in Eskilstuna.
