Skierfe has acted as legal advisor for Vectura in its divestment of 22 properties including 20 elderly care homes and two daycares. The properties, which are located in 18 municipalities across Sweden, have a total rentable area of 99,500 square meters with a total estimated rental income for 2023 of SEK 250 million. The transaction was conducted as a share deal with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 5 billion and included a development project.
